All Jews are part of one family.  We celebrate together and we suffer together. Indeed, it is within our unity that our strength lies.  As our brothers and sisters in the land of Israel suffer daily hardship, now is the time for us to come together. What better way than through the core of our existence - the Torah.

That's what the Unity Torah is about. No politics, no agendas, no statements. Just Jewish unity!

Every Jewish university student can be part of this amazing endeavor by purchasing a letter in the Torah for just $1. Students may also purchase additional letters for friends or family at $1 each.

This Torah scroll was begun in 2006 during the Second Lebanon war. When the Torah is completed it will be sent to a Jewish institution in Israel as a tangible expression of our solidarity with our brothers and sisters in the Holy Land. It is our sincere  hope that this act of Jewish unity will bring us the blessing of true peace and tranquility in Israel and around the world.
